Innovation unique author's methodic "Golden Triangle System"

Golden Triangle System represents an innovative platform that consolidates diverse military-applied sports, traditional martial arts, military expertise in engineering training and chemical safety training, parachute training and first-aid in the field.

The main goal when developing the "Golden Triangle System" ( or "GTS") was to minimize the time spent on acquiring applied motor skills, on creating appropriate reflexes in response to extreme situations. These reflexes form sustainable behavior patterns, which allow suppressing aggressor's attacks in the shortest time and with the lowest possible losses among military personnel, security forces and various social groups.

"Golden Triangle System" methodic is:

is the first proprietary program, which got approval and received a high appraisal in the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation, as well as in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyz Republic and the State Protection and Guard Service of Moldova.

The course devoted to the “close knife fighting” under the “Golden Triangle System” was successfully implemented wile training the students of the Russian Special Forces University (RUS, Gudermes, Chechen Republic).

The scientific and practical novelty of the «Golden Triangle System» consists in:

  • In scientific basis and development of an effective model of physical training and acquiring of military-applied skills;
  • In development and validation of methodology of using techniques from different martial arts in combination with firearms and melee weapon;
  • in determining the degree of influence of various types of martial arts on the development of physical qualities of those involved and the possibility of their use in combination with work with firearms and other weapons;
  • In establishing the high efficiency of the developed model, which allows to ensure an increased level of physical training and the learning of military-applied skills in a short time, and adaptation to service in law enforcement units.
